THERMIO®+ Technology improves the performance of underfloor heating systems by creating a screed that is specifically designed to complement low temperature heating systems. 

• THERMIO®+ screed enables a much faster rise in temperature thanks to its high thermal diffusivity (up to +80% compared to a cement screed) 
• Greatly improved comfort, the floor emits the heat in a more efficient and homogeneous way thanks to the exceptional thermal emission value of THERMIO®+ (up to 30%) maximising your underfloor heating performance. 
• The high efficiency of THERMIO®+ allows your boiler or heat pump to work with a better efficiency, and to make considerable savings on your heating bill (up to 80% saving when using a renewable heat source).  

Designed for jobsites with short lead times. 

• The FD (Faster Drying) technology by Anhydritec® modifies the internal screed structure to speed up the drying process. Drying times are at least twice as fast, it opens the doors for quicker floor covering.
• The ECO FD offers great versatility and is used for all applications:  underfloor heating/cooling, thermal & sound insulation, floor levelling - unlike cement-based screeds 

Highflow® Rapide is a unique and highly innovative faster drying screed which uses high quality Gypsol anhydrite, specially graded sands and selected additives to create a free flowing self-compacting floor screed. 

• Rapid installation up to 2000m2 per day 
• No spray-on curing membranes reducing airborne contamination and eliminating associated safety issues 
• No reinforcement or fibres required and fewer joints with much larger bay sizes. 
• Rapid completion – allows early floor covering application, e.g. in as little as half the time when compared to other standard anhydrite screeds
